Kinki Nippon Tourist (KNT), the official travel agency, has reserved rooms at Wishton Hotel Yukari for participants.
Participants wishing to make hotel reservations should complete the attached application form and return it directly to KNT by air mail or by fax, no later than May 21,2001.

Please pay room charge per a night as a deposit and communication fee per a room to the CS DESK of KNT with credit card (Please see the attached application form.) if you would like us to reserve the room.
�AThe rest of room charge
Please settle the rest of room charge (excluding one night deposit) at the hotelwhen checking out .

Access from Narita Air port:30 minutes by Keisei Train to Yukarigaoka Station. The hotel is close to the station.

Transportation to the campus:30 minutes by shuttle bus.

We do not have on campus dormitories. Wishton Hotel Yukari is a western style hotel of middle class located comparatively close to the campus. There are lots of hotels of various types in Metropolitan Tokyo, but since the transportation system in Tokyo is complicated and confusing for foreigners, we recommend Wishton Hotel.

CANCELLATION

Please send a written notification for your cancellation or any changes directly to KNT by air mail, fax. In the case of the cancellation of your reservation(s), the following cancellation fees would be required. Communication fee is not refundable.

Up to 30 days before the first night of stay………no charge
16 to 29 days before…………………………………10 % of daily room rate(minimum\2,000)
8 to 15 days before……………………………………20% of daily room rate(minimum\2,000)
3 to 7 days before……………………………………40% of daily room rate
Less than 3 days, or no notice given………………100% of daily room rate

Payment for hotel accommodation should be made only in Japanese Yen with Credit card. (VISA ,MASTER ,JCB CARD ,AMERICAN EXPRESS , and DINERS CLUB only) Those who use a credit card are requested to send the completed the Application Form by air mail or fax (E-mail is not acceptable.) because your original signature to settle the amount of room charge is required.
